Double IPA with Pinot Noir Grape Must.
This Saturday we’re releasing our collaboration beer we brewed with our friends at Backcountry Brewing. This DIPA was generously hopped with Azacca, Motueka and Citra then refermented on over 250 litres of Pinot Noir grape must. The aroma and initial flavour is very tropical hop forward while the Pinot Noir grape is heavy on the finish, definitely a fun beer.
