This hymn to resistance sings the virtues of a yeast co-fermentation of witbier and Saison. Its nose has evident aromas of lemon zest and spices dominated by crushed black pepper. Its ultra-dry mouth is rounded in the final with a sweet oatmeal and New Zealand hops which confirm its strong accents of citrus. Bella Ciao is a collaboration born of a tenacious friendship and the joint commitment of Devil's Hole and the Italian brewery Del Ducato to fight to restore beer to its nobility
